About Us
- ProNorth Appraisal LLC was formed in 2012 by Reid Ovick, owner and certified appraiser since 2005, along with Chad Lexvold, licensed since 2009, certified in 2021. Together with Eric Lexvold and Robin Lucas Jr, we have been doing residential appraisals in the Hubbard, Beltrami, and Northern Cass County areas. We strive to provide consistent, accurate, and unbiased valuation services for lenders, buyers, sellers, estates, and legal purposes. We each take pride in what we do, and won't compromise when it comes to the integrity of the report.

I have experience in constucting homes, and a background in computers and mechanical engineering. I enjoy spending time with family, camping, hunting, fishing, church/missions, snowmobiling, and enduro.
